Data Controller

The Data Controller is Sircatene S.p.A., with registered office in Missaglia (LC), Via Rossini no. 17. Any requests for information and/or clarification regarding the processing of data may be sent by email to the following address: info@sircatene.com.

Processing carried out and purposes

The Data Controller wishes to inform you that your personal, identification and contact details will be collected and processed for the following purposes:

1. performance of the contractual services relating to the existing relationship between the Parties;
2. fulfilment of administrative/accounting obligations, including statutory obligations;
3. sending of company emails containing informational, advertising and/or corporate material concerning our Company.

The processing carried out with the aid of paper-based and/or IT tools does not involve the use of automated decision-making processes.

Legal basis for processing

The processing is carried out on the basis of the existence of a contractual relationship between the Parties, with regard to the purposes referred to in points a) and b).

The processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest, as there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between the data subject and the Data Controller, with regard to the purpose referred to in point c).

Provision of data

The provision of data is optional but necessary in order to achieve the purposes set out above. Failure to provide such data will prevent the assumption of any obligation, the administrative and accounting management of the relationship, and the sending of email messages containing information about our Company.

Communication of data, scope of disclosure and transfer to Third Countries

The data will be processed only by persons expressly authorised by the Data Controller and/or by parties acting as independent Data Controllers or Data Processors on behalf of the Controller, who have signed a specific agreement regulating in detail the processing activities entrusted to them and their obligations regarding data protection. By way of example, such parties may include consultants and freelance professionals, whether individually or in associated form, suppliers, law firms, accountants, banks and credit institutions, companies and/or businesses used by the Data Controller for the performance of certain activities necessary for carrying out its business and providing its services.

Your data will not be disclosed or transferred to Third Countries.

Data retention period

The data will be retained by the Data Controller for the time necessary to pursue the purposes indicated above and to perform the contractual relationship. Thereafter, the data will be retained for 10 years from the termination of the existing relationship, with reference to the processing activities and purposes described under letters a) and b).

Rights of the Data Subject

You are granted and guaranteed the full right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, as well as rectification or erasure of such data — right to be forgotten, Article 17 — or restriction of the processing concerning you, or to object to such processing, in addition to the right to data portability. This right may be exercised by sending an email to info@sircatene.com.

Furthermore, the Data Controller will stop the processing upon receipt of your relevant request.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if the requests for information submitted to the Data Controller have not received a satisfactory response.
